By accessing or using Sotto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Sotto is a voice-first thought capture application that records your voice, processes it with AI to create summaries and action plans, and sends you reminders to revisit your captured thoughts.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Sotto. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Sotto offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using Sotto, including voice recordings, transcripts, and any data derived from them. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sotto for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sotto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Sotto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
