1. Information We Collect
Sotto collects voice recordings you create, which are processed into text transcripts, summaries, and action plans. We also collect your email address and account information through our authentication provider (Clerk).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your voice recordings are transcribed and analyzed by AI to generate summaries and action plans. We do not use your personal content for training AI models. Your data is used solely to provide the Sotto service to you.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) and stored in secure, access-controlled databases. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication (Clerk), payment processing (RevenueCat), and AI processing (OpenAI/Anthropic). These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page in the app. Upon account deletion, all your recordings, transcripts, and personal data will be permanently removed.
